Bazaa.re is a sustainable apparel resale venture I co-founded with my sister, together we developed the brand identity and visual direction, establishing Bazaa.re's aesthetic across digital and physical touchpoints. In 16 months we scaled from concept to ₹1.5L/quarter in revenue, acquiring 30+ clients at a 7% conversion rate.


We split the work by function: I owned operations, logistics, growth strategy, and Facebook/digital marketing, while my co-founder led sourcing, product photography, and hands-on design execution, with shared ownership of brand identity and Instagram. I ran end-to-end operations across the online shop, logistics, inventory, and in-person pop-ups, and drove audience growth through targeted social campaigns.
